Big double room near Hanger lane tube station at 110 pounds per week.
This is a big nice double room on ground floor, tidy, clean, full furnished, include table , wardrobe, wireless broadband, share kitchen, shower and toilet, big rear garden, great view, available from 26 March 2008.
Hope non-smoker, quiet person (better less use kitchen). Short term also welcomes (less then 13 week price should 20 pounds increase)
This room is in a three bedroom house, locate in Ealing area, 2 min walk to Hanger Lane tube station (central line), also walk distance to Park Royal or Alperton station(Piccadilly line), bus 83,112, 226, 487, 95 pass through. 5min bus to Sainsbury and ASDA.
If you take tube to here (Hanger Lane tube station of central line), after down tube, try to find "Subway S2" Exit to come out of underground station, at the end of "Subway S2" turn left, go upstairs, then turn right follow the north circular road (A406) straight down 200 meters, you can find "Beechwood Gardens" (NW10 7HN), (in fact it is on the east side of North Circular Road)
If you drive, you can park your car opposite No.2 ST. Anne's gardens (NW10 7HL), then call me, I will pick you.

This two people have the obligation to keep this room tidy and clean, and quiet, should not make loud music or other noisy sound. Even leave, also should keep everything like before. (If furniture, key, facility or carpet be damaged by tenant, should pay for it.) 3. The two people both should show ID and copy of ID (copy should be keep by landlord). 4. This room is ____ pounds per week, tenant should pay ____weeks deposit and ____ weeks rent fee advance before moving in, then every ____ weeks the tenant should pay other ____ weeks rent fee advance on time. If tenant can not pay on time, have to move out immediately. 5. Deposit is for keeping room facility and other place facility safe, only when tenant leave without any problem can be fully refund. No reason can be allowed for tenant to be against your rent fee with your deposit. 6. If the tenant wants to leave, should give landlord two weeks notice; if landlord needs empty this room, also need give tenant two weeks notice, so that both have enough time to arrange the rest things. 7. Inside the house is not allowed to smoke, rear garden is the only place for smoking, every time the cigarette stub and ash should be picked and put in rubbish bin by the smoker, cigarette stub and ash appear at other place is strict. 8. Every room should do one week clean per month; it will be shown in the schedule. Clean schedule includes: 1) Kitchen floor, table, sink and cooker should be clean twice; public floor and stair should be vacuumed twice. 2) Shower room, bathtub, basin and toilet should be clean twice. 3) Rubbish bin should be empty when it is full.
